Make sure your files are designed in CMYK mode or they are converted. You must check your files for errors or any mistakes as HikePrint will not provide you with an additional proof. 24 Hours (Excluding Weekends and Holidays). We will check your files and ensure they have the correct file specifications. If we find any problems with your files, we’ll contact you, otherwise you’ll receive an email proof to review within 1 business days.
Note:
The email proof is free but if there is something wrong with the file and we have to work on it we will notify you if the necessary work will exceed 15 minutes. HikePrint will not provide the print ready file to customer if it was done at no cost to customer.
