Custom half circle cards or half circle side cards are one of non-ordinary special shape product we offer here at HikePrint. Once a while we need a change, some unusual format or theme to give a buzz to our business. The half circle cards stand out more and are excellent promotional products. Special shapes products are perfect fit for trade shows, event invites or parties. We offer two different size for half circle side cards which are business card size and postcard size to be used as flyer or hand outs.
The price to make die-cuts usually is about $250 but we made it easy here at HikePrint. You can just download the proper template form our page, create your artwork and upload it to our website. There won’t be any additional charges for die-cut or set up your orders as they are ready to print and cut.

The required bleed for half circle shape cards is 0.325” for each dimension. For example a 6×4 card with full bleed should be 6.325×4.325.
Because of the unique round corners on this product it’s highly recommended to download and use the proper template file prior to start your design to have the color mode, size, bleed and format correct. The safe zone on the round corner product is different than square corner products.
