If you are planning an event with a lot of guests and you need to keep track of your guest, give them a seat number, just a number to use for ruffle or to keep their name and information in your record for future use the event thickets are the best product to be used.
One side of event thicket is perforated and it will be ripped off, one side will stay with you and the other side with your guests. You can use your side of the thicket to write your guests name, phone number, email address, their home address etc. The event thickets are numbered on both portions so they can be used as seat number or even to do a ruffle during the event or after. The side that stays with your guest has pretty enough space to put the event information, a nice looking design that will be a memory for them as some people keep the thickets for a long time. They will always remember the day they had in your event by looking at the thicket that has all the info and everything that was going to happen in the event: who was singing, who was dancing, who did the catering, what kind of food was served etc.
Event thickets or raffle thickets are printed in two different sizes; the small size is 2×5.5 and the big size is 3.5×8.5.
The perforation line makes the small thicket 2×4 and the final size for bigger thicket is 3.5×6.5.

Please note that if you are going to write on your thicket or have numbering on it the 14pt Gloss Coated Cover with UV is not recommended unless you choose to have back side for your thicket where you can put numbering and any information you wish. In that case if the back side is going to be full color please make sure that the “No UV Coating on Back” option is checked.
Before upload your files to our system make sure:
The required bleed for event thickets is 0.05 on all four sides or 0.1 for each dimension. For example a 2×5.5 event thicket with the full bleed should be 2.1×5.6.

The UV coating (UltraViolet Coating) is a very glossy, shiny coating applied to color sides of some products and cured on a special machine using ultraviolet light. These special UV coatings harden, or cure when they receive ultra violet radiation.
